This role is designed for a top-tier roofing sales professional who wants more than just another job. You’ll have the ability to sell both insurance and retail projects, pursue high-ticket opportunities, build your own team, and earn additional commission on your team’s production.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell residential and commercial roofing projects (insurance and retail)

  • Build, train, and lead a high-performing sales team

  • Pursue large-scale and multifamily opportunities

  • Work company-provided leads along with self-generated business

  • Collaborate with production to ensure projects are sold and executed at a high level

Qualifications (If you don’t meet these, this role isn’t for you):

  • High integrity — non-negotiable

  • Proven track record in roofing sales

  • Xactimate experience

  • Experience building or managing a sales team

  • Strong closing skills with high-ticket projects

  • Competitive, self-driven, and financially motivated

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:
$200,000 – $500,000+ per year
Compensation: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
